Pre-Shoot Guide

Thanks for choosing ASH Media for your real estate photos!  In order to provide the best service possible, here are a few things of note:

 

Preparation
To get the most out of your photos we encourage your clients clean and stage prior to our arrival.  We’re happy to make some final touches (such as adjusting blinds, pillows, room-appropriate counter-top items etc) during the appointment, but we highly recommend sharing these staging tips from our website with your sellers:

Access
If the listing is 100% ready to go, we have no problem taking care of the shoot solo if you or the homeowner are unavailable.  As an LBAR affiliate, we have:

  • E-Key access, so just send us the CBS code

  • Successfully passed background check, so you can feel comfortable sending door, garage, or combo box codes
     

If your listing is vacant, let us know!  We try to minimize driving to help the environment and if we can schedule it based on our route, it helps everyone!

Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Weather
Changes made to scheduled appointments day prior may be subject to a late cancellation ($50) or late rescheduling ($20) fee as late changes affect the scheduling of other appointments.  Appointments moved due to weather (physically raining, snowing, or unfavorable conditions for aerial services) are not subject to any fee.

Payment

We accept:
 

  • Cash or check at time of service

  • Credit Card payment via Square (within 7 days)

  • Checks mailed to PO Box (within 7 days, pre-arranged)
     

Payments submitted 7 days after services may be subject to late fees.​
